  • National Clinical Handover Initiative Pilot Program

    The Commission’s National Clinical Handover Initiative funded fourteen pilot projects to develop practical and transferable tools for improving clinical handover. A pilot program ran over two years in 2007-2009 and involved more than 30 public and private sector hospitals in 6 jurisdictions as well as some primary and residential aged care services.
