CarePages

CarePages is an online community for people facing challenging health events.  It helps to keep patients and carers in contact, sharing support and information.

The CarePages site provides the opportunity for patients to create their own web pages.  These pages have information about their care, treatment, health updates, photos. Virtual visitors can send well-wishes and support, and virtual gifts. The pages have three levels of privacy – from open access to restricted, invitation only access.
