Osteoporosis Model of Care
The Osteoporosis Model of Care is a multidisciplinary team-based model which aims to improve the detection and management of osteoporosis. This model of care is designed for patients over 50 years of age, who present to Emergency Departments with a minimal trauma fracture.

Chronic Kidney Disease Management in General Practice
The new edition of Kidney Health Australia's Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Management in General Practice highlights the need for regular testing of all at risk patients.
The guidelines also include a revised staging system and treatment action plans matched to CKD severity and provide insights into blood pressure targets, testing for albuminuria and age-related decision points.
