Can You Help?

ARCHI runs an enquiry service for members, where we tap into the fabulous resource that is the knowledge, expertise and experience of our membership. Below are our current questions:

  • Does anyone have any insights, ideas or tips to share on the management of leave – reducing sick leave, covering leave – and also coping with presenteeism – staff who refuse to take leave, even when they are sick.  We are especially interested in these topics in relation to nurses.

If you can help, or want to ask a question of your own, contact Catherine Knight, ARCHI Resource Coordinator and Analyst, admin@archi.net.au Phone: 02 4926 7992.

Ask, answer or review the ARCHI enquiries
