Welcome to the June 2009 edition of ARCHI Net News

This month ARCHI brings you the Patient and Carer Experience Solutions Workshop. See for yourself how a range of initiatives - aimed to improve the patient journey – were successfully implemented and made a positive impact on the patient experience.

Also, read all about what’s being done to improve and support Health Advisory Councils and check out the NSW Health resources designed to help patients understand the Emergency Department!

Happy reading from the ARCHI Team!

Can You Help?

ARCHI runs an enquiry service for members, where we tap into the fabulous resource that is the knowledge, expertise and experience of our membership. Below is our current question:

  • Does anyone have any information on existing exercise groups within the public health system to assist in management of obesity?
  • One of our members from a psycho oncology service is interested in hearing from other similar services to share resources and ideas.
  • Does anyone have a framework for nursing documentation they can recommend?

If you can help, or want to ask a question of your own, contact Catherine Knight, ARCHI Content Support Manager, admin@archi.net.au Phone: (02) 4926 7992.
