I am looking for policies, guidelines or procedures developed at other health services for
the elderly (over 65 or over 70) in the community setting or low level care/nursing home facilities in Australia (in order to prevent re-admission to hospital):
1. administration of medication by RNs 2. taking blood, IV cannulation 3. insertion of indwelling catheters/insertion of suprapublic catheters
