Master Classes

The Clinical Services Redesign Program is conducting a series of master classes with internationally respected experts in their field presenting a range of topics designed to deliver innovative performance improvement initiatives that can be applied to health organisations.

Key to the success of the CSRP is skill transfer and capability building.  Master classes are part of the Knowledge Management plan to support skill development for managers participating in clinical service redesign.  The role of senior managers to the success of the CSRP initiatives is important in maximising opportunities from the redesign solutions and implementation processes.
