BI Program
Building Business Information Competency & Encouraging User Adoption
This section is designed as a portal to share ideas and best practice across Australia with a view to evolving a BI Culture in healthcare.
To start this, NSW Health has begun a four year program to establish and maintain a business information (BI) culture and knowledge base for public health services.
The ARCHI team would welcome input from all States. Please visit the ARCHI Contact us page to find out how and where to send your input.
BI Competency Model - NSW HealthTo ensure sustainable BI Culture across NSW Health, a Competency Model has been developed from the outset of the BI Program. This model ensures competency is built throughout NSW Health. |
Catalogue of Information AssetsAn initial catalogue of BI Assets available from across NSW Health has been logged here. A brief summary is provided for each. We would like to extend this to enable the sharing of assets across all states. If you have an asset to share or would like more information, please get in touch and let us know! |
Knowledge NetworksA series of knowledge network sessions have been planned to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and information and provide practical hints and tips. |
Key PresentationsThis section provides a copy of key presentations given at major national and international events. |
BI CurriculumNSW Health is currently developing a BI Curriculum to define skills required by each different stakeholder group. In many cases the curriculum will point to existing internal and external courses. Specific training will also be developed as part of the BI Program. Coming soon. |
