How to view PDF files on this website
Many documents on this website are available in PDF format. In order to view these documents, you need to ensure that Adobe Acrobat® Reader® software is loaded onto your computer. If this software is not on your computer, click on the "Get Acrobat Reader" button below to download a copy of the latest version.![]()

Troubleshooting
Problems opening a PDF
If you experience problems opening a PDF, try saving it first.
- Place the mouse over the PDF link, and right click.
- Select "Save target as".
- Save the document to your local hard drive.
- Open it from your local hard drive.
Error message : "Error reading linearized hint data"
If this error message displays when you try to download the document, you may need to change your Acrobat Reader settings as follows:
- Open Adobe Acrobat.
- Select Edit.
- Select Preferences.
- Select General.
- Select Options from the list on the left hand side.
- Disable the entry "Allow fast view", ie remove the tick from the box.
- Click OK.
- Return to your web browser, and click on the PDF link.
If you continue to experience problems opening PDF files, contact the IT support department within your organisation.
